Homeopathic Consultations & Fees

Consultations are billed at $140 per hour, charged in 15-minute increments.

Estimates for services can be provided upon request at the time your appointment is scheduled.

Forms will be emailed once the appointment has been scheduled. 

 

Appointment Length

• Initial consultations: typically 2 hours (± 1 hour), depending on case complexity

• Follow-up consultations: generally 15 minutes to 1 hour

All appointments are billed only for the time used.
If an initial consult takes one hour, you are billed for one hour — not two.
If a follow-up takes 30 minutes, you are billed for 30 minutes.

The more detailed and complete the information you provide, the easier it is for me to accurately assess the case and select the most appropriate homeopathic remedy.

 

After-Hours Appointments

After-hours appointments are available by request and are subject to an additional $150 after-hours fee, in addition to regular consultation charges.

 

Payment Policy

Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

Accepted forms of payment will be provided at the time of scheduling.

 

Cancellation Policy

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for all cancellations or rescheduling.

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice — or missed appointments — will be charged the full scheduled appointment fee.

This policy allows me to respect both my time and the time of other clients waiting for appointments.
